Necessity is the Mother of Invention

Find this picture while going through my stock photos and decided to share it with you. I took this picture about two months ago while passing through a street here in my home village. For some people this will be a funny picture and for others a serious picture. It represent some aspects of the lives of a nation, who are kept alive just to cast their vote, nothing more, nothing less. I'm happy that at least these kids find out a way to entertain themselves.

Actually this is very cute picture. Children are so much fun to watch. I grew up sometimes making my own toys. Thanks for sharing, and smiles! Anna :)

yes Birdy, that is so ingenuous of those kids. But it looks like it is so high from the ground, i'm afraid they might fall. Isn't it risky? I agree with you in your message post.

The one thing which always impresses me it that children can amuse themselves in ways adults would not think of. They are happy with just simple, everyday things.

Thanks Anna for taking the time to comment on my blog. You are right, that kids are so much fun to watch, but only if they are not playing or doing some thing dangerous.

Thanks Andrea for your comment. I agree with you, that swinging like this could be risky and that's what I told the kids, but they continued swinging with a smile on their faces.

Thanks Joan for the comment and sharing your observations. You are absolutely right.

Thanks Sharodindu for the comment and sharing your childhood memories. That's what we did here in our village when we were kids.
