Is this a trick question/photo?
Drawing conclusions outside of my own cultural context is risky business, but...
The boys in the photo do not fit my mental image of exploited child labor. They are reasonably well dressed, the one in the center mid-ground is smiling, several seem to be not doing much of anything.
I'll subscribe to comments so you can tell me how wrong I am.
