Hawk Bird of Prey

Generally this bird is kept as a pet. This is a bird of prey and is used to prey small birds. I'm not sure about its exact name, however according to people it is hawk.

Thanks Tricia for your comment. Yes it's a powerful bird and can prey birds even double of its weight.

Hi! I found page your page by accident. I think your bird is a Sharp-shinned Hawk. I make that guess based on the size, coloration, and-- of course-- thin, featherless legs.
