I found this funny tomato at a local fruit and vegetable vendor today, while buying fruits and vegetables for our daily use. The vendor was kind enough, who let me take it as bonus with other stuff, as I was not buying tomato.

This is a strange one Birdy and I remember seeing one like it many years ago too. :)
ReplyDeleteI did a search for the citrus or Lemon swallowtail - I see the top part of the wings looks like ours except for that red spot on it but the underside of the wings is very different in colouration. They are both very beautiful though.
Just LOVE the damselfly post. You have once again captured some brilliant pictures of it.

ReplyDeleteWeird indeed, great find. Even weirder is that the tomato seems to float in the first picture, a great optical illusion. Great idea for a picture on a great blog.
