The cockscomb or coxcomb (Celosia cristata) is an ornamental plant in the family Amaranthaceae. It is commonly known as cockscomb, since the flower looks like the comb on a rooster head. Cockscomb plant grows up to 2 feet tall. It's also known as Feathered Amarant.
